FANTASTIC FOUR: SAINTS STAFF GROWS WITH IMPENDING MOVE TO CHS FIELD

 

ST. PAUL, MN (January 20, 2015) – The St. Paul Saints family has grown as they change their address for the 2015 season.  With the Saints marching into CHS Field four new members have joined the front office team: Mark Jeffrey, Casey Odell and Allison Wenker as Account Executives and Jillian Beard as Events Manager.

 

            Jeffrey, Odell and Wenker will be in charge of selling season tickets and group experiences.  In addition they will help out with partner events, game night responsibilities including taking tickets at the front gate, managing groups and helping out in the box office and will call windows.

 

            The 30-year-old Jeffrey is a Twins Cities native born in Minneapolis. He comes to the St. Paul Saints from the Minnesota Twins where he worked in communications and social media under Director of Corporate and Digital Communications Chris Iles and Twins Social Media Coordinator Keith Beise. While with the Twins Mark helped prepare for and execute the 2014 MLB All-Star Game at Target Field by working in the Twins Digital Clubhouse. Mark graduated Pre-Law from Winona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Law.

           

            Odell, 23, graduated from North Dakota State University with a major in Sport Management and a minor in Management Communications.  While in school Odell worked at the NDSU Recreation and Outing Center and at the City of Burnsville’s Recreation Department as a summer coordinator. 

 

            The 21-year-old Wenker will graduate from the College of St. Benedicts in 2015, completing her schooling a semester early, with a degree in Global Business Leadership.  Prior to joining the Saints Wenker was the Manager of the Mary Commons Information Desk and did an internship at Sherwin Williams.

 

            With more than 150 non Saints games taking place at CHS Field Beard is in charge of planning social events, meetings, weddings, parties, public events and corporate functions.  Beard will also be in charge of events hosted in the club level, an indoor area that can host up to 250 people for a reception style event and 200 for a seated dinner.  In addition the Saints will offer many outdoor areas along the 360 concourse and on the field that can host festivals and public events.

 

            The 33-year-old Beard graduated from the University of Missouri in 2005 with degrees in Psychology and Parks, Recreation, and Tourism.  She started her career in events with the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission, working as an Event Manager at the Cervantes Convention Center and Edward Jones Dome.  After a successful run in St. Louis, Jillian relocated to the Twin Cities.  She started her career here in St. Paul at the Crowne Plaza St. Paul-Riverfront in 2013.  Jillian resides in Minneapolis with her fiancé, Kit.
