Live And In Color, Saints August 5 Game To Be Broadcast On KSTC-TV, 45TV

ST. PAUL, MN July 31, 2018

All season long St. Paul Saints fans have been able to watch their favorite hometown team on the Saints Cable Network, cable access channels in and around the Twin Cities Metro, as well as online.  The Saints are going even bigger for an upcoming home game.  For one game the Saints are teaming up with KSTC-TV, 45TV to broadcast the Sunday, August 5 game.

The broadcast will give fans a unique look, both at the solid season the Saints are having on the field, and the entertaining and “Fun Is Good” atmosphere of being at a Saints game.  45TV anchors Lindsey Brown and Kevin Doran, will give viewers unfettered access around CHS Field from the on field promotions to the exceptional areas around the ballpark like the HealthPartners PowerUp Play Zone, Treasure Island Grass Berm and the Craft Beer Corner.

Bringing fans all the action in the broadcast booth will be Saints longtime play-by-play broadcaster Sean Aronson, along with J.W. Cox, who has been with the Saints broadcast team for the last five seasons.  Joining the two will be Joe Schmit of KSTC-TV, 45TV.  Between the three of them they have 17 Emmy Awards (all by Joe).  Aronson has been the voice of the Saints since 2007 and was named Broadcaster of the Year for all of Minor League Baseball in 2016 by Ballpark Digest while Cox also does play-by-play for St. Cloud football and basketball as well as play-by-play on TV for North Metro Television and PrepSpotlight.tv.  He also works for the Minnesota News Network.  Schmit, along with his numerous accolades, is a regular contributor on 1500 ESPN Radio.

The Saints take on the Kansas City T-Bones with the broadcast beginning at 5 p.m. and first pitch scheduled for 5:05 p.m.
