Multiple Ways To Follow Saints in 2014, Games Back On KLBB, All Friday Home Games On The Ticket

ST. PAUL, MN (April 29, 2014) – The St. Paul Saints continue to have a strong and loyal following.  As the team enters their 22nd and final season at Midway Stadium there are multiple ways to follow along as the franchise attempts to earn a fifth championship in team history.  The Saints can once again be heard on Club 1220 KLBB and in addition, each Friday home game can be heard on new broadcast partner, 105FM The Ticket.


            Saints play-by-play broadcaster Sean Aronson will return for his eighth season and 14th overall in minor league baseball.  Prior to the Saints he spent four seasons (2003-06) broadcasting the Fort Myers Miracle, Single-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins and two seasons (2001-02) with the Allenton Ambassadors (Independent, Northeast League).   Aronson will be joined by Sam Hovan and J.W. Cox.  Hovan hails from North Richland Hills, TX and recently received his M.S. from the prestigious Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.  While there he broadcast Syracuse basketball and also did Syracuse Stampede hockey.  Cox is a graduate of St. Cloud State and does the broadcast for Huskies football and basketball.


            This is the third season Saints games will be carried primarily on Club 1220 KLBB.  KLBB Radio is located out of Stillwater, MN and is the Twin Cities home for America’s Best Music and the Green Bay Packers.  Whether it’s the Green Bay Packers, or America’s Best Music from Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Willie Nelson and Michael Buble, KLBB listeners are known for their passion for this unique programming. 


            The Saints and The Ticket enter into a partnership for the first time and all 10 Saints Friday home games will be carried on the station beginning with the May 9 Three-Way at Midway, XXXhibition game.  The remaining Friday home games are May 17, 23, June 6, 20, July 11, 18 and August 1, 8 and 15.


            The Saints also provide fans at the ballpark the opportunity to listen to the game on 87.9 FM.

            Along with Saints radio partnerships, fans that can’t make it out to every game at Midway Stadium will have the chance to watch all 50 home games on line at  The Saints will offer a two camera view, with a high home and center field look.  The radio broadcast feed will coincide with the video of the game.

            Saints tickets continue to be a tremendous value.  Tickets are $6 for general admission, $9 for outfield reserved and $14 for infield reserved.  Friday Home Games with Post-Game Fireworks (except July 3, August 28) are an additional $2 per ticket.  Saints Special Event Home Games with Post-Game Fireworks Supershow (July 3, August 28) are an additional $3 per ticket.  Tickets purchased on the day of the game are an additional $2 per ticket.  Children under the age of 12 and seniors 65 and older receive $1 off the admission price.  Children under 2 that don't require a seat are free. 


Box Office Hours on non-game days are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.  On game days, the Box Office will open at 9 a.m. Sunday through Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday and will remain open until 15 minutes following each game.
