SAINTS ASK FOR YOUR SOLES DURING A HOMESTAND FIT FOR A KING FROM AUGUST 5-10 AT CHS FIELD
ST. PAUL, MN (August 4, 2015) – The Saints return to CHS Field in their pursuit of a playoff berth as they look to knock your socks off in more ways than you can count during a six-game homestand that welcomes in the Lincoln Saltdogs and Winnipeg Goldeyes from August 5-10.
The homestand kicks off with a three game series against the Saltdogs from August 5-7. It might be the middle of the summer, but winter has arrived on a night of knighting at CHS Field on Wednesday August 5 at 7:05 p.m. Meet the members of the St. Paul Winter Carnival Royalty as the Saints take on the Lincoln Saltdogs in the first of a three game series. The first 1,000 fans will receive a King Boreas bobblehead presented by SPIRE Credit Union. Every fan in attendance will be knighted by King Boreas himself and receive an official certificate and coin of knighthood to signify your status. So take your royal decree back home and start ordering around your petty serfs because the feudal system demands they oblige. Make sure to get there early on a Walser Wednesday featuring food and live music as part of the craziest tailgate party of the year.
On Thursday August 6 at 7:05 p.m., the new welcomes the old as the Saints celebrate the 135th Anniversary of the Securian Financial Group in the brand new CHS Field. Enjoy $1 beers all night long on another Thirsty Thursday presented by MetroPCS.

Also, when the ballgame ends, the lights go down, and we brighten up the night sky with a pyrotechnics show Gene Simmons would be proud of as Xcel Energy presents Friday Night Fireworks to the music of Kiss. Stick it to the man as you rock and roll all night long to the music sure to melt some faces and finally show your parents that they just don’t understand your generation.
On Saturday August 8 at 7:05 p.m., leave your soles at the gate for the Shoe Drive presented by the Minnesota Atheists. The Mr. Paul Aints kick off a three game series with the Winnipeg Goldeyes at CHS Field as they look to beat up on their division rivals and make them question their purpose in life. The special edition “Aints” jerseys worn by the Saints will be auctioned off during the game. Don’t forget your Hawaiian shirt as we get tropical on another Treasure Island Saturday.
On Sunday, August 9 at 5:05 p.m., leave those pesky zits alone. It’s a night of things you CAN pop presented by Dermatology Consultants. There will be balloons, bubble wrap and more as we answer the age old question “what is proper to pop?” as the Saints take on the Goldeyes in game two of a three game series. Postgame, kids who haven’t experienced the terrors of puberty can run the bases and get Saints player autographs on a Savers Family Sunday.
The Saints finish their wraparound series with Winnipeg on Monday night in the sixth game of the homestand. If you lost count, don’t fret as the Saints present Math: because some people can’t spell presented by Mathnasium on August 10 at 7:05 p.m. On a night of numbers, that will make stat nerds giddy, the first 1,000 fans to CHS Field will receive a Saints team card set giveaway. In between, sabermetric savvy conversations about Ian Gac’s on-base plus slugging percentage in 2012, be sure to check out the unique food specials available on a Metropolitan State University Munchie Monday.
