PAUL, MN (December 20, 2013) – The new Saints Ballpark, opening in 2015, will be home to a festive fan atmosphere, “off-the-wall” promotions, family fun and an exceptional game day dining experience. To welcome fans with food and beverage service befitting the quality of the new ballpark, the Saints have named Levy Restaurants as their exclusive dining and hospitality partner.
“Providing a wonderful experience for our fans and sponsors is our number one priority,” said Saints Executive Vice President/General Manager Derek Sharrer. “The partnership with Levy Restaurants will enhance the food and beverage experience for everyone attending our games and other exciting events. The Saints are renowned for our creativity, and in Levy we’ve found a partner who shares that vision as we move forward into the new ballpark.”
Saints fans will enjoy great tastes and value for families from ballpark classics like hot dogs, burgers, nachos and more, and will continue to benefit from the historic affordability they have enjoyed for the past 21 years. Levy Restaurants and the Saints will work together in creating additional signature menus that can be tailored to individuals and families, including healthy alternatives, local tastes and new specialty items.
Along with the dining areas on the 360 degree concourse, Levy Restaurants will also oversee the Club Level and suites, which will offer premium menu options including regional specialties, local restaurant favorites and more. The Club Level will be open year round for private parties, special events, weddings and company outings, all served by Levy.
