Uber Saints Promotions After All-Star Break During July 31-August 2 Homestand

ST. PAUL, MN July 31, 2014

ÜBER SAINTS PROMOTIONS AFTER ALL-STAR BREAK DURING JULY 31-AUGUST 2 HOMESTAND

SAINT PAUL, MN (July 31, 2014) – Yodeling isn’t a superpower and lederhosen isn’t a superhero costume, but both fit in during the St. Paul Saints first homestand after the All-Star break. Three games and two fireworks shows add up to all kinds of fun during the Saints shortest homestand of the season from July 31 through August 2.

Thursday, July 31 vs. Wichita Wingnuts (7:05 p.m.) Das Boot! German Night plus post-game fireworks presented by Mobil Super— Break out your best pair of lederhosen and that old glass drinking boot. Enjoy some schnitzel or at least a brat. Sauerkraut will be optional though when German Night descends on Midway Stadium. Close out July with the sounds of yodeling ringing across the stands. It’s no coincidence that German Night ended up on Thirsty Thursday. Enjoy $1 beers all game. Stick around afterwards for post-game fireworks presented by Mobil Super.

Friday, August 1 vs. Wichita Wingnuts (7:05 p.m.) Superhero Night—Biffs! Pows! Sarcastic one-liners everywhere! Costumed crusaders carousing through Midway Stadium! Take the bad guys to jail and show up to Midway dressed as your favorite superhero for Superhero Night. Spit out pithy one-liners and say happy birthday to your friendly neighborhood SpiderMan as the web slinger turns 42. After the game, the Saints have post-game fireworks for the second straight night. How super is that?! The Friday Night Fireworks are presented by Xcel Energy.

Saturday, August 2 vs. Wichita Wingnuts (7:05 p.m.) –Saints induct Twins Vice President of Player Personnel Mike Radcliff into the Baseball Scouts Hall of Fame presented by Killebrew Rootbeer—Celebrate with the Saints as the team inducts Mike Radcliff into the Baseball Scouts Hall of Fame presented by Killebrew Rootbeer. Radcliff has been with the Twins organization since 1987 and is responsible for the team drafting players like Joe Mauer, Justin Morneau and Glen Perkins when he was the team’s scouting director. He now oversees the club’s professional and amateur scouting staff covering both national and international scouting. Radcliffe will be the ninth person the Saints have inducted. Don’t forget it’s a St. Croix Casino Big Money $aturday with a chance to win $77,777.

The Saints are back after a three-day All-Star break, but the festivities keep rolling right along at Midway. Celebrate the end of July and beginning of August out at Midway Stadium as the Saints begin counting down to the final game.

Saints tickets continue to be a tremendous value.  Tickets are $6 for general admission, $9 for outfield reserved and $14 for infield reserved.  Friday Home Games with Post-Game Fireworks (except August 28) are an additional $2 per ticket.  Saints Special Event Home Games with Post-Game Fireworks Supershow (August 28) are an additional $3 per ticket.  Tickets purchased on the day of the game are an additional $2 per ticket.  Children under the age of 12 and seniors 65 and older receive $1 off the admission price.  Children under 2 that don't require a seat are free.
