If you have organized a group outing with us before, you already know how much fun it is at Midway Stadium and we can’t wait to see you back in 2008.  If you have never been out with a group to a Saints game, read through the guide and give us a call. Group tickets are a great way to reward your employees or entertain your best customers.  Pre-game picnics and game day experiences are also available.  Groups that purchase 15 or more tickets for any of the following dates receive a Free Saints Logo Baseball with every group ticket purchased: May 8-11, May 19-25, June 9.  If you would like to speak with a Group Sales Representative call 651-644-6659 or email groups@saintsbaseball.com.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TICKETS?
A 50% deposit must accompany all orders by means of American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and/or Discover. Tickets can not be held without payment. Group ticket orders must be finalized and paid in full no less than 28 days prior to the event. All Tickets and Picnic orders cannot drop below 50% of the original amount ordered per game. A 24-hour notice must be given prior to pick-up.

The Tailgater has room for ten people, a propane grill, AM/FM/CD Stereo and a stainless steel sink for easy clean-up. Join our tailgaters in the parking lot for one hour before the game, and be driven inside Midway Stadium to your custom parking spot along the left field line for the first pitch. Enjoying the game will be easy with (1) keg of Summit beer, (20) jumbo hot dogs (you can grill to your liking), (1) Saints souvenir Bar-B-Q set, (10) sodas, (5) waters, (10) peanuts, (10) popcorns and (10) programs that come with rental of The Tailgater. Now you and three of your friends can enjoy the benefits of owning a minor league baseball team by purchasing the Owner’s Seats. Each ownership group will see their name on the video board at the stadium and each member will also receive a Saints hat and t-shirt. As if all of this was not enough, one group member will also get the opportunity to throw out a ceremonial first pitch. After each home game your group has the opportunity to have its picture taken on the field in
front of our video board. At the same time, the name of your group will be shown on the videoboard behind you. You will then have the opportunity to have your picture taken on up to three different cameras from your group.


MUDONNA TICKET DELIVERY $100

How about a unique way for your tickets to be delivered? Schedule a time for the Saints furry mascot to come down to your office with your group tickets. She will be happy to walk around and hand them out to your staff. Mudonna will also sign autographs and even eat lunch with your employees. STEAL A BASE

Ever thought you were fast enough to steal a base? Here’s your chance. Kind of. At the beginning of the game each night one person will have the opportunity to start at first base and then take off for second. You can slide in or just go in standing up. You will then be able to take the base out of the ground and take it with you. We will have it signed by members of the team and then a Saints staffer will deliver it to your office. Your name and company name will be displayed on the video board. Two speedsters in your group? For an additional $150, you can have a second member of your group take part in one of baseball’s sneakiest plays…the Double Steal!

 

 


ROB A HOMERUN $100

Torii Hunter has felt it. So has Kirby Puckett. This is your opportunity to experience what it feels like to turn a home run in to another long fly ball. Each night, one lucky group member will have the chance to track down and rob a homerun ball that is suspended in front of the outfield wall. We will then have the ball autographed by the 2008 St. Paul Saints for you to take home. Your name and also the name of your group will be displayed on the video board.

Think you have what it takes to get the game started? One member of your group will get the chance. You will be able to go down onto the dugout next to Saints PA announcer and start the game. CEREMONIAL LAST PITCH $100

Do you have someone from you group that you would like to recognize at a St. Paul Saints game in 2008? Directly following the final out of each game, one lucky Saints group member will come on to the field and throw out the final pitch of the night. The fortunate person will receive a Saints t-shirt, hat, and autographed baseball. In addition, your company or group name will be mentioned over the public address. The last pitch participant will also be given action pictures of their pitch being thrown.

Have you ever sat in your seat thinking “How can we get some of our employees or friends into that crazy game?” Do you want to see your boss in the Dizzy Bat Race? Here’s your chance to meet the umpires and the opposing manager at home plate. Saints manager George Tsamis will give one person from your group the opportunity to take the lineup card to the plate before the game. The autographed lineup card will be delivered to you. CHILIS FIELD OF DREAMS

Prior to all St. Paul Saints home games, one youth baseball or softball team’s players will have the opportunity to play catch in the outfield with their own teammates. Then each “Field of Dreams” team will have its name announced and displayed on the video board as they join the Saints on the field for the National Anthem! A minimum of 20 tickets purchased is required to participate.

Are you looking for an upscale space to hold your group’s next pre-game meal? Check out the Saints newest picnic area. Located in the Northeast corner of the parking lot, The Tracks is a full service space to hold your group outing prior to a St. Paul Saints game. Your group will be treated in style as a night at The Tracks includes an enclosed tent, seating for 100, Premium beer for $2 and Domestic for $1, soda, a visit from the Saints mascot Mudonna, a Saints player visit, and your own cooked-toorder meal from our staff.

Your menu may be selected from the following higher-end options or you can choose any of the other choices from our normal picnic menu. Please speak with your Saints rep. about having party menu items available at The Tracks. Prices are per person.

The Hardball Café, located in the Northwest corner of the stadium, is great for hosting pre-game parties of 100 or more. There are picnic tables provided and a tent that covers approximate seating for 300+. The Café is exclusive with the purchase of 200 or more meals and tickets. Food service begins one hour prior to game time and ends at the time of the scheduled first pitch.


MIDWAY GRILL

The Midway Grill, located in the Northwest corner of the stadium, is perfect for hosting pre-game parties of 50 to 180. There are picnic tables provided in this area. The Grill is exclusive with the purchase of 150 or more meals and tickets. Food service begins one hour prior to game time and ends at the time of the scheduled first pitch.


TWIG'S PLACE presented by Budweiser Select

Twig’s Place, located along the first base line at field-level, is perfect for hosting pre-game parties of 35 to 100, while watching batting practice. Twig’s Place is exclusive with the purchase of 75 or more meals and tickets. Twig’s Place parties may enter through the main gates 1.5 hours prior to game time with food service ending 30 minutes prior to game time.


TAILGATING AREAS A, B, C, D and PARKING LOT SPACES 1 - 11 presented by AARCEE Party Rental

Tailgating Areas A, B & C are ideal for hosting pre-game parties of 150 to 3,500. These areas can be reserved individually for groups of 150 or more for the perfect pre-game party. If your group is doing catering with the Saints, 10 tables and 100 chairs are provided in these areas. Food service begins one hour prior to game time and ends at the time of the scheduled first pitch.

Spaces 1–11 are available to rent for every game during the 2008 season. These areas are perfect for smaller groups of 35 – 150. Area D is available to rent for groups of 25 – 30. Spaces 1–11 are along the northern edge of the parking lot. Spaces 1–11 and Area D do not include tables, chairs or a tent. The Saints catering staff is available to handle all of your food and beverage needs in these spaces/areas as well. NO OUTSIDE CATERERS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY OF THESE AREAS.

TENTS, TABLES & CHAIRS

The Saints Group Sales Staff will help you determine and order the amount of tables and chairs you will need for your group. We are also able to help you select a tent for your event. Contact your Saints representative for pricing. Tents may not be placed on Stadium property without a reservation and payment. A tent may be placed by representatives of your group or by a tent company as early as 9 am on the day of the game and must be removed by 9 am the following day. The Saints assume no responsibility for the security of tents. It is
recommended that a group representative check out the area being reserved
prior to ordering a tent or finalizing a tailgating reservation because some areas
are better suited for larger tents, etc.

The food is provided and served by the Saints catering staff. Prices below are per person and do not include your game ticket. Each meal includes chips, pasta salad, baked beans and soda. Multiple meal orders are available with a minimum of 35 meals per choice. A beer service fee of $25 allows a Saints staff member to serve beer for $1.00 per glass/can during your pre-game party only. Beer service ends at the time of the scheduled first pitch. A minimum of 35 meals ordered is required for your event to be catered. A 15% service charge as well as state/local taxes will be added to all orders. Your server receives a portion of the service charge. Menu items and availability subject to change.
