If you have organized a group outing with us before, you already know how much fun it is at Midway Stadium and we can’t wait to see you back in 2008. If you have never been out with a group to a Saints game, read through the guide and give us a call. Group tickets are a great way to reward your employees or entertain your best customers. Pre-game picnics and game day experiences are also available. Groups that purchase 15 or more tickets for any of the following dates receive a Free Saints Logo Baseball with every group ticket purchased: May 8-11, May 19-25, June 9. Located over the right field wall with room for up to 12 fans per game, the Sunroom Suite features a comfortable airconditioned environment thanks to Renaissance Exteriors’ Four Seasons Ultra Living Sunroom “Sun and Stars” design. With large sliding glass windows and doors that provide excellent ventilation and an outdoor patio to enjoy the action, you’ll experience a Saints game like never before! The Suite also features a bar area and Marble countertops. The Sunroom Suite comes with (12) Hats, (12) Programs, and your group’s name in lights on the video board. Hungry? Suite rental also includes Suite Service Attendant, and Premium Catered Food and Beverage Service. It’s the dream of every Saints fan to have the tailgate party continue through the entire game without missing a single pitch. Well, your dreams have come true! The Tailgater has room for ten people, a propane grill, AM/FM/CD Stereo and a stainless steel sink for easy clean-up. Join our tailgaters in the parking lot for one hour before the game, and be driven inside Midway Stadium to your custom parking spot along the left field line for the first pitch. Docked just over the leftfield wall, the Gluek SS Porkchop features comfortable and exclusive seating for a minimum of 12 fans each game. (You can purchase up to 8 additional seats at $35 per person). WATSON'S PARTY DECK $350 per game (8 tickets) Enjoy a Saints game with seven of your closest friends in a giant spa! The Watson’s Party Deck comes with exclusive use of the spa for the entire game, tickets for eight (8) people, deck chair seating, (8) Saints logo bath towels, (16) hot dogs, (24) sodas, (8) waters, (8) popcorns, (8) peanuts, (8) programs and your group name in lights on the video board. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the party deck. Enjoy a Saints game with three of your closest friends in your own Hot Tub. Private field-level seating for ten next to the Visitor’s Dugout! A great way to entertain friends, special clients or employees. The package includes (10) tickets, (20) hot dogs, (10) popcorn, (10) peanuts, (10) sodas, (5) waters, (10) beers, (10) programs, (10) hats, and your group Take ownership in the St. Paul Saints in 2008! Saints owners Mike Veeck and Bill Murray have given up their 4 seats in the front row of Section K. Now you and three of your friends can enjoy the benefits of owning a minor league baseball team by purchasing the Owner’s Seats. Each ownership group will see their name on the video board at the stadium and each member will also receive a Saints hat and t-shirt. As if all of this was not enough, one group member will also get the opportunity to throw out a ceremonial first pitch. The Owner’s Seats package includes (4) tickets in the first row of Section K, (8) hot dogs, (4) bags of peanuts, (4) popcorns, (4) sodas, (4) waters, and (4) beers. NORTHERN TOOL BOX SEATS If sitting in the Grandstand is not close enough to the action on the field, try our Northern Tool Box! Located next to both the 1st and 3rd base dugouts, the Northern Tool Box provide one of the best views in the entire stadium. Each section can accommodate groups of up to 21 people, and comes with a wait staff to accommodate all of your group’s needs. Looking for something to remember your event by? Order customized St. Paul Saints T-shirts or Hats with your group’s logo on them! A minimum order of 20 is required. Pricing reflects a one color logo. Additional charge for four color logo. Additional gifts are available as well. You can choose from the following items. Saints Buck$ are a great way to treat your employees or clients to a fun night at the ballpark. Available in $1 and $5 denominations, Saints Buck$ are redeemable at concession and merchandise stands throughout Midway Stadium. Please call ahead to place your order. After each home game your group has the opportunity to have its picture taken on the field in How about a unique way for your tickets to be delivered? Schedule a time for the Saints furry mascot to come down to your office with your group tickets. She will be happy to walk around and hand them out to your staff. Mudonna will also sign autographs and even eat lunch with your employees. Contact the Saints Group Sales Department for more information. Host your next birthday party for kids or adults at a fun-filled Saints game. Included in the price is a General Admission Ticket, a voucher for a Hot Dog, Popcorn, Peanuts and Soda (Beer Voucher available for adults), Two (2) Vouchers for free use of the Kids Zone games (Speed Pitch, Bounce House/Slide). The birthday person receives a FREE Saints T-shirt as a gift and a birthday welcome on the video board during the game. A minimum of 15 tickets purchased is required to participate. Support disadvantaged youth in the Twin Cities Area by purchasing tickets to allow them to experience Saints Baseball. As a result of your generosity, your company will receive recognition by having your name printed on the donated tickets, in our souvenir program and listed on our community page at saintsbaseball.com. This tax-deductible donation can be made in the following increments of tickets and food vouchers: $350 (50 tickets / 50 food vouchers) $700 (100 tickets / 100 food vouchers) $2100 (300 tickets / 300 food vouchers) • Saints Player Visit - $50 for 30 minutes Ever thought you were fast enough to steal a base? Here’s your chance. Kind of. At the beginning of the game each night one person will have the opportunity to start at first base and then take off for second. You can slide in or just go in standing up. You will then be able to take the base out of the ground and take it with you. We will have it signed by members of the team and then a Saints staffer will deliver it to your office. Your name and company name will be displayed on the video board. Two speedsters in your group? For an additional $150, you can have a second member of your group take part in one of baseball’s sneakiest plays…the Double Steal! Torii Hunter has felt it. So has Kirby Puckett. This is your opportunity to experience what it feels like to turn a home run in to another long fly ball. Each night, one lucky group member will have the chance to track down and rob a homerun ball that is suspended in front of the outfield wall. We will then have the ball autographed by the 2008 St. Paul Saints for you to take home. Your name and also the name of your group will be displayed on the video board. Think you have what it takes to get the game started? One member of your group will get the chance. You will be able to go down onto the dugout next to Saints PA announcer and start the game. Digital photos of you in action will be emailed to you after the game. Your name and company name will be shown on the video board during your announcement. Do you have someone from you group that you would like to recognize at a St. Paul Saints game in 2008? Directly following the final out of each game, one lucky Saints group member will come on to the field and throw out the final pitch of the night. The fortunate person will receive a Saints t-shirt, hat, and autographed baseball. In addition, your company or group name will be mentioned over the public address. The last pitch participant will also be given action pictures of their pitch being thrown. Have you ever sat in your seat thinking “How can we get some of our employees or friends into that crazy game?” Do you want to see your boss in the Dizzy Bat Race? Or possibly two co-workers sumo wrestling against each other? Now is your chance. One group each night during the season will have the chance to have up to 4 people involved in a game on the field. Here’s your chance to meet the umpires and the opposing manager at home plate. Saints manager George Tsamis will give one person from your group the opportunity to take the lineup card to the plate before the game. The autographed lineup card will be delivered to you. You will be announced over the PA system along with your name and company name on the video board.
Prior to all St. Paul Saints home games, one youth baseball or softball team’s players will have the opportunity to play catch in the outfield with their own teammates. Then each “Field of Dreams” team will have its name announced and displayed on the video board as they join the Saints on the field for the National Anthem! A minimum of 20 tickets purchased is required to participate.
Are you looking for an upscale space to hold your group’s next pre-game meal? Check out the Saints newest picnic area. Located in the Northeast corner of the parking lot, The Tracks is a full service space to hold your group outing prior to a St. Paul Saints game. Your group will be treated in style as a night at The Tracks includes an enclosed tent, seating for 100, Premium beer for $2 and Domestic for $1, soda, a visit from the Saints mascot Mudonna, a Saints player visit, and your own cooked-toorder meal from our staff. Your menu may be selected from the following higher-end options or you can choose any of the other choices from our normal picnic menu. Please speak with your Saints rep. about having party menu items available at The Tracks. Prices are per person. The Hardball Café, located in the Northwest corner of the stadium, is great for hosting pre-game parties of 100 or more. There are picnic tables provided and a tent that covers approximate seating for 300+. The Café is exclusive with the purchase of 200 or more meals and tickets. Food service begins one hour prior to game time and ends at the time of the scheduled first pitch. The Midway Grill, located in the Northwest corner of the stadium, is perfect for hosting pre-game parties of 50 to 180. There are picnic tables provided in this area. The Grill is exclusive with the purchase of 150 or more meals and tickets. Food service begins one hour prior to game time and ends at the time of the scheduled first pitch. Twig’s Place, located along the first base line at field-level, is perfect for hosting pre-game parties of 35 to 100, while watching batting practice. Twig’s Place is exclusive with the purchase of 75 or more meals and tickets. Twig’s Place parties may enter through the main gates 1.5 hours prior to game time with food service ending 30 minutes prior to game time. Tailgating Areas A, B & C are ideal for hosting pre-game parties of 150 to 3,500. These areas can be reserved individually for groups of 150 or more for the perfect pre-game party. If your group is doing catering with the Saints, 10 tables and 100 chairs are provided in these areas. Food service begins one hour prior to game time and ends at the time of the scheduled first pitch.
Areas A, B and C $100 each The Saints Group Sales Staff will help you determine and order the amount of tables and chairs you will need for your group. We are also able to help you select a tent for your event. Contact your Saints representative for pricing. Tents may not be placed on Stadium property without a reservation and payment. A tent may be placed by representatives of your group or by a tent company as early as 9 am on the day of the game and must be removed by 9 am the following day. The Saints assume no responsibility for the security of tents. It is The food is provided and served by the Saints catering staff. Prices below are per person and do not include your game ticket. Each meal includes chips, pasta salad, baked beans and soda. Multiple meal orders are available with a minimum of 35 meals per choice. A beer service fee of $25 allows a Saints staff member to serve beer for $1.00 per glass/can during your pre-game party only. Beer service ends at the time of the scheduled first pitch. A minimum of 35 meals ordered is required for your event to be catered. A 15% service charge as well as state/local taxes will be added to all orders. Your server receives a portion of the service charge. Menu items and availability subject to change.
